I have been so caught up in collaborations and work that I just keep putting off writing any entries here. So to make up for it, I have a bunch of photos for you! Fetish... ?

Have you ever noticed how people react if you mention latex clothing? They think it's some taboo thing that shouldn't be spoken of in public. I find that funny.  Like to the point where I actually laugh.  For me, it's not a fetish thing.  I love the fabric; how it feels, how it looks, how it just works for some designs.  It's not really about making fetish wear for me.  I want people to realize that just because it has been used primarily in the fetish scenes (aside from doctor's gloves and balloons), that doesn't mean that it can't be worn in normal fashion.

I understand that the majority of people out there would never wear it, and a lot of the rest would only dream of wearing something made of latex during Halloween.  But fashion is changing rapidly, and I expect to see latex as a fairly standard fabric a few years down the road.  People just need to get away from their way of thinking, away from the stereotypes of what is normal and what is "inappropriate".

In my opinion, a simple latex dress is much less extravagant than a lot of the designs shown in high-end fashion shows.  I think we will be seeing latex clothing in mainstream stores and being worn by "normal" people soon.

Hobbies

I have recently just realized that I am a workaholic... It was a strange discovery because I always said I worked this hard to pay the bills.  I have had barely any time to myself for a week, and haven't slept properly, either, and yet this is the happiest I've been in a long time.  I'm only happy when I'm focusing all of my time and energy on doing things, and I never focus on just one thing.
A good example of this is how many hobbies I have picked up over the years.  Aside from the obvious of designing and making clothing, I have always been into art, such as painting, drawing, sketching, as well as writing stories. I've written a full novel that is sitting in a folder on my laptop in need of editing. I have tried my hand at chainmaille and jewellery. So basically, I am just always creating something.
Anyway, enough chat, I thought maybe I would share some of my photography with you today. These are some of my better photos, but they are by no means professional quality.  I just do it for fun. :)

I have decided that a few times a month I will be sharing with you some of the other creations I make aside from my latex clothing. So consider this the first installment to the series.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone! I hope Santa treated you well this year, even if you were a little naughty. ;)

I've been busy working at my normal job and doing the holiday thing, so unfortunately I only have a couple of small and simple new items listed in the shop. But that's okay, because I am almost done setting up my new small studio where I can get back to working on larger items, and way more detailed than I have already finished.  Now I just have to get my hands on a mannequin to go in there to help me get better photos.

Inspiration

Hey all!
  So I've been feeling really inspired these last few days, and so I have drawn up the designs for a totally new line of latex clothing.  Chances are, time will not allow me to actually MAKE these designs and have them completed for a few months, but just drawing them and having the ideas out on paper have inspired me even more. 
  I'm not even sure where all of this inspiration came from, to tell the truth.  I haven't been doing anything differently, and I'm only reading the same things I always do.  Who knows, maybe it's just the thought of someday having a renowned latex fashion designer.  Anyway, because I am having these dreams of grandeur as of late, I wanted to share with you some of the latex designers I look up to the most, and aspire to be even half an great as they are.
  The first has to be Ooh La Latex.  Their corsets make me drool, and I have been coveting one of their purses since the moment I laid eyes on them.  They have a huge selection of latex items, and I can only dream to have that sort of wardrobe built up 3 years from now.  Anyway, check out their online store, because it is definitely worth a look.
  The second is HMSlatex, whose Lush gown is absolutely gorgeous.  I have seen their work on too many fetish and alternative models to count.  Seeing the details that are added to their clothing is daunting, but also a good indication of what is possible with practice and patience.

Hello!

Hello bloggers!

I am new here, so please bear with me as I get used to this.  Right now I am working on some brand new designs that are scheduled to be released next month.  These designs include some lingerie, as well as some more small accessories (because sometimes it's the accessories that make the outfit) and limited edition items.

I am all about making latex available to anyone and everyone who loves how it looks and feels, without the large price tags that some designers stick to their work.  Of course I believe that you should be paid good money for your hard work, but let's face it, buying latex clothing is never cheap.  This is why I've opened up shop to share the luxury to those of you who may not want to pay those high prices.  My latex items are still quality and made with very nice latex, I assure you.

So without boring you further, I will leave it at that.  Keep your eyes open for the new designs that will be listed in my shop in the next few weeks, because maybe there will be something in there that will add the perfect amount of kink to your life. ;)
