Hey sexy kittens!
I am currently having a sale in my shop for 15% off everything listed (except sample items). To take advantage of this sale, just use the coupon code AUG15 at checkout. Facebook fans will receive an additional 5% off with a special discount code, so head over to the fan page for details on how to get the other discount code.
These discount codes apply to custom orders/listings as well, so if there is something you have in mind that you'd like, but you don't see it in the shop, all you have to do is send me a message to request that item.
Sale ends August 12th, so be sure to get your orders in before everything goes back to normal price. Items purchased during this sale will be shipped before my trip to Boston on September 17th, so if you'd like something for Halloween, this is a great way to ensure it's there in time for all the costume parties. ;)
Ciao, Kittens

Look Book Part 1
So I recently shot some of my older looks to go in a look book for my brand. Mostly basic items that are meant to fill out a person's latex wardrobe, but a couple of my more signature designs. Here are a few photos from that first shoot. The second part of the shoot is happening this weekend, so once I get those photos edited and ready to post, I'll share them on here in another entry. :)
All of these items (and more) are available in the shop. Prices are as listed.
Keep your eyes open for more photos after this weekend's shoot! ;)

Help Me Out!
Hey everyone!
I'm asking for help again! I'm scared that I may not be able to afford 5 nights hotel in Boston, and I am looking for any help I can get, even if it's just a few dollars. Unfortunately, 5 nights in a hotel in Boston during Fashion Week is going to cost me approximately $1000, but even if I can raise half of that, it will help me out immensely!
Go to this link => http://www.gofundme.com/ukqag to donate.
Thanks so much in advance, guys, showing my collection at Fashion Week is a dream, and I'm waiting anxiously to make it come true.

Heavy Metal
It's been a little wile since my last post, but I promise you I have been working very hard, and I have TONS of new pics. I just can't show them to you until after my show in Boston in September. I do, however, have some photos that I can share with all of you. These are from a shoot organized by the model after I sent her the clothing.

OOAK Sale Coming Soon! ;)
Hey everyone!
So it is now summer in the Yukon (finally), and my schedule has finally freed up enough to work on a bunch of new projects. The biggest one being my new collection for Boston Fashion Week, but some other smaller ones as well. Throughout the next few months, I will be updating a lot of the photos that are currently in my shop. I will also be taking some items down to never be made again, and adding some sexy new pieces instead. This will probably happen gradually as the shoots are happening.
There is one thing I wanted to announce right now, though. I've decided that every so often, perhaps once every 2 or 3 months, I will be holding a sale of one-of-a-kind pieces and outfits. Whether they will be for sale on Etsy at a fixed price or on eBay for auction is still to be determined. I'm starting work on the unique new pieces sometime in the next week. Photos will be posted well before the sale so you can get a chance to decide on which, if any, items you'd like. Prices will reflect the fact that each piece or outfit is totally one-of-a-kind, so please be aware of this if you are planning on purchasing a specific item during the sale. (And if you've got a problem paying extra for something as unique as what I will be offering, then it's just too bad for you.)
Once I decide where the one-of-a-kind pieces will be listed for sale, I will set a date and time for the sale to begin, and I will post on my Facebook page and here on my blog a list of fixed or starting prices for each thing. There will, of course, be photos of everything as well, and I will be posting those and the date and time at least 2 weeks before the sale so you have time to share it with friends (if you don't feel greedy) and gather money if you need to.
I am only planning on making between 5 and 10 pieces for the first sale, as I'm focusing more on my fashion show in September, but I wanted to test the waters to see if it is worth doing more or less often than I am currently thinking. Also, one condition of the sale is that if you are buying/bidding on a piece, you must have the money up front to pay for it. These items will be ready to ship, and it's a first come first served sale. (ie, if someone else can pay the total and you can't, that someone else gets it) I can't accept down payments and I will not put anything on hold.
Alright, I think that's it for now, I just wanted to put that out there so everyone can keep their eyes peeled for the sale date. ;) Enjoy the photos of my one-off newspaper skirt and latex combo for a shoot a few days ago!

Where I've Been Hiding
Lately I feel like I've been terrible at keeping up with all of the emails, Facebook posts, Twitter, etc. If you feel as though you are being neglected, I am very sorry. Something happened in my personal life that has slowed me down for the last couple of weeks, and now I am trying desperately to catch up on all of the orders and collaborations I've been working on.
It's not that I've forgotten about all of you or that I'm just slacking off, I've just been insanely busy with the manufacturing side of my business and haven't had time for the socializing side so much. So please do not be offended if I take a day or two, or maybe even longer, to get back to you if you email me.
To keep your curiosity satiated, here's some stuff to watch for this summer:
- I will be shooting a cohesive look book sometime in the next month of so. Photos will be uploaded as soon as they are ready to go, on here, and on my Facebook page.
- I'm debuting a new (mini)clothing line later in the summer (no date as of yet) that will be the teaser to what's in store for my show at Boston Fashion Week. What I will tell you about this is that it will be under my own name, Kimberley Crawford, as a branch of the Kinky Cat company.
- There will be kinky things in the future... I'm not going to reveal much here, but all of you kinksters out there will really like the new items I've got in store to debut in a couple of months. ;)
You will be seeing 2 very different sides of my style this summer, to say the least. Stay tuned!
Ciao Kittens!

Your Opinion?
Hey everyone!
So I've been brainstorming, and I have a million ideas (not really, but way too many to do all of them at once) for what I'd like to do in the next year. One of those things involves the collection that I will be showing in Boston Fashion Week in September. The new collection will be different from what I've created in the past - it will not be made completely of latex, nor will it be styled in the fetish style.
What I'd like to know from my fans is whether you are interested in buying clothing from Kinky Cat Designs that is not made completely from latex. I am struggling with the decision to make these new designs available in my existing shop or to open a new shop for the new style. This new style will essentially be a new brand, but it will also include latex, just not the kinkier versions.
I can't be any more specific in what these designs will be, as they won't be debuted until the end of September, but I would like feedback from anyone willing to give it on if I should keep the two styles separate or if they should be sold side by side in the same store.
Thanks guys!
Kimberley

A New Look
Hey everyone!
I will be updating the look of not only this blog (it's already begun), but also my Etsy shop. It's time for a new look to celebrate the new collection I will be unveiling in Boston for the Emerging Trends show in September. I've added labels to the side bar already to help you find the content you'd like, a direct link to my shop in the top bar, and I will be changing my banner soon as well to suit the new look of Kinky Cat Designs.
Also, some changes will be happening in my shop over the next month and a half. Some things are going to be discontinued, as I don't particularly like them anymore or they are not big sellers. Other things will be added, though, not to worry. Some prices will be changing as well. I'd like to give my customers some warning before this happens, but prices will be going up on some things. I can't say which yet, as I'm still working out the details, but I can tell you that about half of my shop will be going up a bit in price (possibly only a very little bit). I regret having to do this, but to realistically design and make clothing for a living, I have to up my prices slightly on some things to avoid going into debt. I hope you will all understand.
On a happier note, here are a couple of photos taken during 2 shoots in the last few weeks of my friend and model, Tara Lee, taken by Grant Douglas Photography.

Help with Boston Fashion Week, please?
Hello everyone!
I have a huge favour I need to ask of all of my wonderful fans:
I have signed my contract for Boston Fashion Week and it's going to cost me a small fortune to make it there. Can any of you help me out with even a small amount? You can check out this link for my profile and to help me raise funds for my first runway show. It's really important to me to get to Boston, and I'm not asking for money without giving you anything in return.
Along the side of the above linked page, I have listed some rewards for anyone who helps by donating certain amounts to my cause. Of course, I don't expect everyone to be able to afford to help, but even if you could pass the link along to your friends, it would help me out greatly, and I would really appreciate it.
I hate asking for money, but I think this is a good compromise: you give me money to help get me to Boston, and I give you something, be it a signed photo print from my new collection, latex, or otherwise.
Thanks so much in advance, guys, I really do appreciate it!

I'm a slacker, sorry! (And here are some pics!)
I have been so caught up in collaborations and work that I just keep putting off writing any entries here. So to make up for it, I have a bunch of photos for you! Check them out, these are the photos I wrote about previously, taken by Rebecca McKay Photography with hair by Jamie Williams. I hope you like them, because I do!
Zippered Tank Top, Canada Bikini Top, Short Contrast Gauntlets, Pencil Skirt, One Shoulder Zip Dress, Mini Skirt, and Elbow Length Gauntlets
I will add some more from this shoot some other time. But for now, enjoy these sexy ladies in latex.
Ciao Kitties!
